Event cancellation and refund policy

Should you choose to cancel your event registration, you will be eligible to receive a full refund up to two weeks before the start of the event. After this date you have three options:

» You may send an alternate to the event without an additional charge.
» You may receive a full credit towards another GoldSRD event.
(The credit must be used within a year from the start of the original event.)
» Or you may receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee.

In the event that GoldSRD has to cancel an event for unforeseen reasons or due to an insufficient number of registrants, a full refund will be processed using your original payment method.

GoldSRD d/b/a GoldCal LLC is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
